Terms of Use

Last updated: July 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of patrolfuel.com, operated by Throttle Holding Co. ("Patrol Fuel," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

This site is provided to share information about Patrol Fuel products, collect store suggestions, and process local can delivery requests in eligible Texas counties. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a form and not to misuse the site, including submitting false orders, spam, or attempting to disrupt normal operation.

Local Can Orders

Local can delivery is currently available only within the counties listed on our Request Fuel page. Submitting an order request does not guarantee delivery; we will contact you by email or text to confirm availability, delivery timing, and payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Availability & Accuracy

We aim to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate, but this is a growing brand and details may change as we expand. Final product packaging may differ slightly from photos shown on this site.

No Government Affiliation

Patrol Fuel's first-responder-inspired name and branding do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any law enforcement, fire, medical, or government agency.

Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Patrol Fuel and Throttle Holding Co. are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business grows. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
